UGC Mandated

As per the notification from University Grants Commission (UGC), all the norms about students Grievances have to be followed meticulously. Grievance Redressal System is a vital part of any administration. It is the responsibility of the College Administration to provide a secure and contented environment to all its Staff and Students.

The Grievance Redressal Cell of Dr S C Gulhane Prerna College of Commerce, Science & Arts is committed to addressing students' concerns in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Students may submit their grievances related to academic, administrative, infrastructure, examination, or other issues using this form. All grievances will be kept confidential.

The Committee has been continuously striving to take the best efforts possible to create a harmonious and conducive atmosphere for everyone in question.

Functions of the Grievance Redressal Committee
  • If any complaint is received from any of the students, it should be immediately put before the committee and be addressed and readdressed.
  • There will be zero tolerance regarding ragging and harassment of any of the students.
  • Awareness about the students' grievance cell rules should be spread by the teachers at the beginning of the session during their lectures.
  • If anybody has a complaint, they should drop it into the complaint box or mail it to prernacollegengp@gmail.com.
  • From time to time, the anti-ragging committee should keep on informing the students about the rules against the act of ragging.
  • The students may also contact the number 8421368693 to complain about harassment of any kind or ragging.
