Admission to Dr S. C. Gulhane Prerna College of Commerce, Science & Arts is granted as per the guidelines of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University and institutional rules. Candidates applying for Undergraduate programs must have successfully passed the 12th standard examination from a recognized board with the required subject combination relevant to the chosen course. Applicants for Postgraduate programs must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university. At the time of admission, students must submit all necessary documents, including mark sheets of qualifying examinations, Transfer Certificate, Aadhaar Card copy, passport-size photographs, and applicable certificates such as caste or migration certificate (if required).Students must also comply with institutional requirements, including maintaining a minimum of 75% attendance, payment of full course fees at the time of admission, and adherence to college discipline and uniform rules.

- For Undergraduate Programs (UG): Candidates must have passed the 12th Standard (HSC) examination from a recognized board with the required subject combination.
- For Postgraduate Programs (PG): Candidates must have completed a recognized Bachelor’s degree in the relevant stream as per university norms.

- College uniform and valid I-Card are mandatory.
