💼 Business & Entrepreneurship
The Prerna Business & Entrepreneurship Committee of Dr. S. C. Gulhane Prerna College of Commerce, Science, and Arts is established to promote an entrepreneurial mindset, business skills, innovation, and self-employment among students. The Committee aims to inspire students to become job creators rather than job seekers by nurturing business ideas, startups, and entrepreneurial competencies.
Objectives
- ✦To create awareness about entrepreneurship and business opportunities
- ✦To encourage students to develop innovative business ideas
- ✦To provide skill-based training in business management and startups
- ✦To support student-led startups and self-employment initiatives
- ✦To facilitate industry interaction and networking
Functions of the Committee
- ✦Organize entrepreneurship awareness and development programs
- ✦Conduct workshops on business planning, finance, marketing, and startups
- ✦Facilitate idea generation, pitching, and incubation support
- ✦Invite entrepreneurs, industry experts, and alumni for interaction
- ✦Coordinate with the Incubation Center, Career Guidance Cell, and IQAC
