bnr-arrow-1-1

The College plans an academic calendar for the conduct of programmes and activities well in advance at the beginning of the academic year. Important dates like the commencement of the semester, the last working day, celebrations of national/international days, the internal examination schedule, the schedule of practical and theory university examinations, and the commencement of concluding the semester exam are mentioned in the university calendar.

The IQAC prepares the academic calendar for the Institute, taking into account the University's rules, which cover all activities including the conduct of Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE), End Semester Examination, Certificate/Value Added Courses, and Placement Activities.

Vision & Mission Alignment
Academic planning begins by aligning all activities with the Vision of the Institution, Mission Statements, and Core Values to ensure purposeful direction.
Curriculum Planning
Systematic course delivery through academic calendars, subject distribution, lesson plans, teaching materials, ICT resources, certificate courses, bridge courses, remedial classes, and peer teaching.
Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE)
CIE is conducted through unit tests, assignments, seminars, practicals, projects, and field work projects to ensure continuous assessment of student progress.
Teaching–Learning Enhancement
ICT classrooms, field visits, internships, group discussions, peer teaching, mentor-mentee programme, and faculty training through FIPs, certificate courses, workshops, and refreshers.
Research & Innovation Plan
Research paper publications, patents through the research cell, mini/major student projects, and organizing conferences, seminars, and workshops for faculty and students.
Extension & Community Engagement
NSS units conduct activities including Swachh Bharat drives, health camps, gender awareness programmes, and environment conservation initiatives.
Student Support & Development
Bridge courses for first-year students, soft skills and employability training, placement cell, competitive exam guidance cell, and cultural and sports cell activities.
Quality Assurance & Monitoring (IQAC)
Academic audits, feedback collection and analysis from students, alumni, employers, and faculty. Action taken reports are prepared and maintained for NAAC documentation.
