Code of Conduct for Students
19 Rules- Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory in each subject and practical. Students falling below this threshold will not be permitted to sit for examinations.
- Students unable to attend classes or practicals for any reason must submit a written application to the Director/Principal for necessary permission.
- Continuous absence from college without permission may result in removal from the college without any prior notice.
- Students admitted to any class shall not be allowed to change their Programme and subjects once selected.
- In case of cancellation of admission on any ground, fees will not be refunded.
- Use of mobile phones within the college premises is strictly prohibited.
- Late comers will not be allowed to enter the premises once the gates are closed.
- Students will not be allowed to leave the premises once they enter, until the classes are over.
- Chewing betel nuts, tobacco, chewing gums, or anything objectionable in the college premises will not be allowed.
- Students damaging college property in any manner will be penalized.
- Ragging is strictly prohibited — physically and through social media.
- Students will be responsible for the safety and security of their own belongings.
- College uniform is compulsory. No student will be allowed to enter the premises without the college uniform.
- Carrying a valid college I-Card is compulsory. Without an I-Card, students will not be allowed to enter the college premises for any reason.
- Fees for the entire course are to be paid at the time of admission.
- Fee structure guidelines issued by R.T.M. Nagpur University will be followed from time to time.
- Strict discipline is to be maintained in the college premises.
- In case of any problem, students should immediately report it to the Director/Principal of the college.
- Students driving motor vehicles must possess a valid R.T.O. licence. Without a valid licence and helmet, they are not permitted to bring motor vehicles onto campus.

Code of Conduct for Teaching Staff
5 Rules- Faculty must maintain high standards of punctuality, honesty and professional ethics.
- They must ensure they are dressed decently, soberly and appropriately for their tasks — casuals are not allowed.
- Faculty members should co-operate and collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to support the development of the college and students.
- They should act in a professional and congenial manner towards colleagues, irrespective of their relative position, gender or status within the institutional hierarchy.
- They should maintain harmonious relations with each other, non-teaching staff, and students.

Code of Conduct for Governing Body
5 Rules- To ensure that the institute is well run and meets the needs for which it has been set up.
- To use reasonable care and skill in their work as members of the governing body and must seek professional advice.
- To attend meetings of the governing body and committees on which they serve, and acquire knowledge to contribute to decision making.
- To make provisions that enable the institute to undertake specialised studies with proper provision for libraries and equipment.
- To provide infrastructure, premises, apparatus, and other means needed for the smooth conduct of the work of the institute.

Code of Conduct for Principal
5 Rules- The Principal, being the Head of the institution, is answerable to the Management for all academic, financial and administrative activities of the institute.
- He/She will review current academic programmes, collaborative programmes and human resources management of the institution.
- Acts as admission authority for the institution and implements the admission process as prescribed by the university.
- Development and implementation of a strategic plan for short-term and long-term development of the institute and sustainable quality improvement.
- Discuss and approve financial estimates, annual reports, accounts and audit reports periodically. Maintain necessary records of the institute in stipulated formats.

Code of Conduct for Heads of Departments
4 Rules- HOD is responsible for planning all academic programmes of the Department as per the norms of the affiliating University, including formulating timetables to provide adequate contact hours to complete the syllabus well in time.
- As the person in charge of the Department, the HOD shall report any anti-institution activities to the institution.
- HOD should ensure proper evaluation of students' performance and take remedial action where required.
- All registers should be forwarded on the last working day of every month to the Principal for perusal.

Code of Conduct for Non-Teaching Staff
5 Rules- Non-Teaching staff working in the college office or departments should remain on duty during college hours.
- They should report for duty at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Staff must always wear their identity badge during working hours.
- Any loss or damage to any article in the Lab or Class Room should be reported to the HOD in writing immediately.
- Non-Teaching Staff working in the Lab shall maintain a stock register for all articles and equipment.

- Use all work hours productively and ensure that activities in the workplace do not impede the effective operation of the department.
- Maintain a supportive environment while performing assigned duties.
- Respect confidentiality in all matters.
- Understand the job scope, practices, and procedures relating to their position.
- Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in the performance of assigned duties.
- Meet targets regarding work to be performed to the best of their ability.
- Manage time effectively.
- Be well-organised.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently when appropriate.
- Show initiative.
